Name that part...

Just got the car and pretty new to having a turbocharged car. Had a Supercharged Cavalier before so this is all new to me and trying to learn a few things. Now to the question, this is one thing I saw that I need to get replaced (pics included) but not sure what it's called or for that matter what it even does. If anyone could help that's be great. The car is a 2010 SS Cobalt Coupe. Thanks

I think the black part is a check valve.

The part u have circled is a check valve, u have to buy the whole new line , from create engine depot.
