need help fast. stage 2 install. wont start!!!
i just installed the stage 2 and did everything to the exact direction. last step was put in zzp pcm and reconnect battery. turn key on to check for leaks. there were none. and proceeded to crank until it started. did so for about 5 min and never once even pretended like it was going to start. i need some help asap!!!!!

You dont require a crank relearn when you install the zzp pcm.I thought you had to do it when a pcm is swaped out.
On that relay ,Ive read that alot of guys have put it back wrong.
Hope thats all it is.

Can you hear the fuel pump running when you turn the key on.(Humming sound from the back of the car.)
If you can hear the fuel pump you know the relay is in right.

Cycle the fuel pump means that you put the key in the ignition and turn it to run but don't start the car,you should hear the fuel pump when you turn it to run.Turn the key back and then back to run position 3x and then try to start it.

I would get the code first and then post it .
They will void your warranty if they find out you swaped the pcm I would think.
You might not need the relearn .I would email zzp and ask or put it out on the form, someone else that has it could tell you for sure.
Does the info that came with the setup say anything,If not it must not be necessary.

Anytime you swap PCMs for one that hasn't been in your car previously you ALWAYS require a relearn and you SHOULD NOT DRIVE IT UNTIL YOU DO SO. Engine timing will be significantly affected and serious damage could be done if you do not do the relearn.
If ZZP didn't state this in their instructions then I think it's time people realize they should stop buying "professional mail order tunes" from them as it would be apparent that they have no idea what they are doing.
