Need help with problem

OK. So last week I installed my tranny mounts and torque damper. No problems for first 2 days. I understand there is going to be vibrations, that's not my concern. When I go to start my car up, it revs on it's own. Meaning that it will jump from 750 to about 1500 rpm's. And it will do that for a while and then finally settle at about 750. The other thing is that when I'm driving, it seems to sputter a little bit. Actually not just a little bit. My car did just throw a CEL and I'm thinking it's my intake. I know this isn't the best explanation but I plan on getting a short video of this so maybe someone can further help me, but if anyone has had this or knows what I can do to fix. Thanks.

So just take the car to the dealership and ask for a reflash? Does it cost anything?

It shouldn't cost anything, dealer updates are supposed to be available to everyone.
