Need help with valve spring tool

A friend of mine with a saturn 2.2 DOHC engine has a defective timing chain. The chain jumped out of time and they keep cranking on the engine. This in turn bent ALL of the intake valves. My question is, what valve spring compressor is the best or most common one to use?? I found a bunch of different 1"s aval, and just want to get the best bang for the buck. Will the "comp cams 5321" or the "snap on YA9140B" be the best choice?? Thanks in advance.
