New battery won't start help!
So basically I sold the 2 optima yellow tops and in return the buyer gave me a new AC delco battery that he said has been sitting in his garage...at first he had to jump ke cuz the battery had been sitting for a while (battery even looks brand new too) but it got started and I drove it for like 20 min then turned it off, wouldn't start 5 min later...got it jumped a 2nd time and I was driving along and the little wire that goes into the positive terminal for the power steering fell out and the car died...went to jump AGAIN and the lights/radio would turn on but I just got the rapid clicking noise...took the battery home and left my car there...battery has been sitting on a trickle charger all night and I'm going to try and get a ride up there soon but does anyone have any ideas on how I can get this started if the trickle charge dosent work...the battery does hold voltage btw

Battery is no good,
It has sulphied meaning the plates are coated now and the only way to fix it is with a really high rate of charge that virtually cooks the battery,That is if the battery wasnt done before he stored it.
My advice give it back to the guy and get a new one.
