New Clutch - No Start

New Clutch - No Start
Ok, we just replaced the clutch in a 2005 Cobalt SS/SC and the car won't fire up.
Turn the key and all the lights light up, dash, pillar, headlights, radio, dome, Etc. and the battery is definitely fully charged.
Here's the thing.... Typically when you first turn the key to the run position, the tach and speedometer needles go all the way to the right and then back down to zero, some sort of self diagnostics I believe.
They don't do that anymore... I checked all the connections, even took the fusebox and computer out to check the connections and everything seems fine. just wont do the self test and when you turn the key to crank, Nada. Nothing at all happens, no click, not dimming of lights, nothing. But all the gauges are lit up fine like normal actually. Just doesn't self test.
Any Ideas?
Thanks!

Yup... I didn't even have to disconnect the starter, just tie wrapped it out of the way.
Checked all grounds and connectors. Are there other sensors other than neutral safety sw.?
Oh! Forgot to mention, we put in an LSD that we got from another Balt. Had an open diff tranny before.
