OBD-2 Port No Workie! Please Help!

Well, I've cleared codes etc many times with a handheld OBD-2 reader. I went to hook up with my HPTuners for the first time tonight and it said the vehicle had no power, so used the HPTuners trouble shooting guide and still nothing. I tried my OBD-2 code scanner/clearer and that wouldn't work either! No power or anything like normal!

Did I blow a fuse or what? The OBD-2 Port will not produce power to run either device, but the car runs fine.

this has happened to me before. It may be the device drivers, you should ask the help on the hptuners website about your situation.

It can't be the device drivers because my code clearer won't even work. It doesn't even receive power like it normally does! Thanks for the suggestion though!

hmmm....I can't think of anything else than a fuse or the actual wiring of the port. hope you figure it out. This should be something covered by warranty if you can't figure it out

Found it! It is indeed under the hood, and it's the 15amp fuse that is to the passenger side of the box labeled "LTR." Now to play with HPTuners when I get home!
