Oil on the inside of the spark plug + sooting on my exhaust

So i have a 2006 Pontiac Pursuit Gt. 37000 km's I run petro can premium only. I have the gmpp intake and exhaust. Decided to check my plugs today and they all have oil on the tip of the plug with a bit of build up on the plugs. Plus for a while now i have been getting heavy sooting coming out of my exhaust.

Yet i havent gotten any check engine lights, and the car makes no weird noises.

Can anyone provide me with a little insight as to what might be wrong with my car before i decide to take it to the dealership

just an FYI
He has the 2.4L. Premium is recommended, although not required.

Well I know my valve cover gasket is leaking on my 2.4L, but I don't have oil in the cylinders.

If your still under warranty the first thing a dealer might do is perform an oil consumption test to figure out how much oil the vehicle is using. If it shows signs of oil consumption then there are only a few things could be wrong. Its possible that the intake valve seals have worn to the point and are allowing oil to be sucked in to the engine. A quick check for this if its been happening for awhile is to pull the intake manifold off and see if there is significant carbon built up on the intake valves. Also depending on how often you change your oil the oil scraper rings on the pistons could have frozen in their grooves. That would allow oil to coat the secondary and primary compression rings and freeze them up as well, causing blow by and oil consumption. Best of luck
