I have a turbo'd 2.2L FYI

Well a couple days ago my coolant line on the turbo was rubbing on my ac line and caused a hole in the ac line. I went to move the ac line and all the fluid and air in the ac line came out ( green stuff all in the back of my firewall)

so now I have no ac till I can get a new line and replace the broken part.

here is where the problem starts.

when I push my rear defrost button my radio goes all fuzzy and nothing but static. (only fm, not cd or mp3 etc) when I turn my rear defroster off the radio goes back to normal.

??? is my rear defroster run thro the ac system

??? what the hell is wrong I put my stock headunit back in and it did it also so I know my aftermarket headunit is not the issue.

xm or am/fm radio?
those lines probably run next to each other (the defroster and antenna)
