I have a strange problem. When the car is running, the drivers side headlight will not come on. When I shut the car off, lock the doors and then unlock the doors, both headlights will come on. Both high-beams will always come on, weather the car is on or off. Turning the lights on manually does not fix it.

All headlight fuses are good. I will be taking it in to the dealership on Monday, but was hoping there may be some fix I could do.
