overpriced cavalier

I drove a manual '99 Cavlier Z24 for 6 years before getting my SS/SC Cobalt. I even drove an '90 Z24 with the 3.1L many times that my friend had as well.
I have 12,000 miles and have not had to have ANY warrently work done.
The cobalt is better in many ways.
1.) The Recaro seats are MUCH BETTER than the thin Cavalier foam seats. hell, they are better than any seats in any sub $25,000 car.
2.) The car is much quieter inside.
3.) It's obviously much more powerful.
4.) Shifts and accelerates much more smoothley.
5.) It out handles the Cavalier in every way.
6.) 4-wheel disc brakes. Those drums on the Cavy really were cheap and sucky.
7.) Better stereo
8.) Up to date DIC interface. Not necessary, but I like having all those stats.
I think the Cavalier had a BETTER sunroof though.

i have to agree with the others... i too had a cavalier before the cobalt, and it is not the same car at all... there's nothing about it that's the same... my girlfriend who also had a 2004 cavalier and then drove my car (very reluctantly on my part, and she switched after a few minutes because i complain about the way she drives) was very impressed...
