P0010 p0011?

Have had a problem with my car where the traction control light turns on and the car has hard shifts. Took it to auto zone and came up with those two codes. Anyone know if changing the intake solenoid would fix it? I read there could be several things but hoping since i was finally able to get the codes that they would make it easier to identify the actual problem.

i hadn't heard of that being a fix and ive been trying to look into this problem for a few months now except no codes would pop out for some reason when the check engine would come on. Hoping its just the intake solenoid since it seems like it would be a easy fix but dont want to start throwing money at different things that might not be the actual problem with the car

Reading up on the codes and dirty engine oil can cause those codes to be set.
Did you inspect the connectors for corrosion and the wiring for any thing that doesn't look good on the cam selinoids.

The codes do refer to the intake selinoid so concentrate on that one.

Also I remeber reading that your symptoms are caused by those codes being set ,did you try a search?

Just checking the the wires leading to the selinoid and the connector doesn't require much knowledge.
pull the connector off and look at the pin if there is any discoloration clean them with some contact cleaner.

If you need some info pm me and I will see if I can help.

I see that you're already getting some great advice on the thread, twoozofjuice. If I can be of assistance, either by looking into your warranty parameters or checking for any open recalls on your vehicle, please let me know!
