P0102 Mass Air Flow code wont go away

So at the beginning of the winter I got the error code P0102 Mass Air Flow and just cleared it because the car ran fine. The car is A 2009 cobalt LT with 88000 miles. U replaced the senor and installed a new one and the check engine light is still on. I cant figure it out and neither can anyone else I have asked so far. Anyone have any clues or ideas to get this fixed.

I pulled this from another thread

"OK guys got it fixed at GM. It was the metal leads inside the harness to the ecu and a crank position relearn procedure ran me about 416 dollars I hope thi will help the rest of you guys in the future if you have this trouble thanks to all the guys who applied to my forum...."

Also I looked at the CEL requirement
P0102 range check low
sensor signal time period < 66 uS for time > 0.1 sec

I'm guessing the maf sensor is losing connection to the ECU.
