P0300-04 code. Really bad please help

Hey everyone new here posted another thread and got treated like a retard for asking a question but anyway I have a 08 cobalt ss with some tune not sure what but its set at 20psi and got injen hot and cold charge pipes. It idols really rough like its its going to stall and sounds like its missing real bad. The lights flicker and everything. I changed the spark plugs out for e3s and it went away now it's back and worst then ever. It also sounds like popcorn under wot and that's when the codes come on. You can hear it missing on idol and under light throtal bit its really bad just at idol and wot

E3s spark plugs? Never heard of those but I do know the lnf loves the stock plugs and it seems you have a misfire on every cylinder, did you gap them correctly?

Go back to the ACDelco plugs. Pick up one coil on plug and replace a cylinder, if the misfire on that cylinder disappears then your coil on plugs are bad and you need 3 more. If it stays there then you need to look at the intake ports of the head and see if they're super gunked/coked up.

Also have you had your battery tested or replaced recently?

Yeah best thing would be to try a new coil and I would strongly advice to go back to stock plugs

Idk if bady was changed or not I just bought the car but it looks to be new. And I'm on my way to get a coil now. If it was injector seal or injectors would it throw a code for lack of fuel or something? And or leak gas?

Have them test the battery.

The injector seal has nothing to do with keeping fuel in. Its to seal the cylinder to allow compression to occur, not the actual injection.

If the tuning shop doesn't know DI engines they'll think its a **** tune even if it's a good one. No tune is going to suddenly go back, sorry it doesn't work that way. There is something mechanically wrong (i'm including ignition components in this) or a sensor is shot.

Did you try getting a new coil on plug to see if one cylinder stops mis-firing?

Also your location of York, are you meaning New York State or some town called York?

If he normally does LS engines the LNF Bosch ECU is a completely different animal.

FYI almost every shop will say someone elses tune is ****

Yup I'd start with flash to stock, u never know what kinda tune is in there. And please put stock plugs back in, all new ones, gapped to .032 this car is very picky about the plugs u use, stock ones have been proven to work the best.
