I have done my homework and found that i need to replace the solinoid to the left of my fuse box, problem is i was told that they are like 30-40 bucks. i found this one on zzp.

is this the right part that needs to be replaced?

I'm not sure about to the left of your fuse box but that's the one that goes on the intake manifold and most commonly goes bad on turbocharged cobalts pull yours off first and blow through it if you can blow through it with that of the car it is bad
