after i put in my ZZP LT header i started to throw heated o2 sensor insufficient switching sensor 1..

i replaced the upstream o2 sensor with an OEM bosh sensor but still threw the code...any idea's... i need to pass emmisions within the next week

My guess from what ive read is that it's an issue with the high flow cat (Or if you got the uncatted downpipe)

Not that the ZZP cat is the problem, just that the PCM doesnt like it. Best solution is to have the downstream O2 sensor deleted in your tune. I have it deleted in my tune and run the ZZP Long Header, Catted DP no problem.

ok thanks...i guess im headed to the dyno sooner than i wanted (wanted to get meth first) but if thats what i need to do to pass emmisions, West Bend Dyno here i come....

Also- how would deleting my downstream o2 clear the code if its for the upstream one??
And- on my LT header i have the downstream 02 on the port directly fitted in the side, and my Wideband on the port thats on that short tube comming back twards the head (i believe thats correct) or am i wrong?

Nope you got it in the wrong position (that may be why your getting the light)
Put the Downstream sensor on the tube. Its the only sensor bung after the
cat.
