Problems with an 06 SS/SC
My friend just bought a 2006 Cobalt SS/SC that has a salvage title, there was front end damage. Anywho it is rebuilt and runs but it has some DTC's and other things wrong with it. Want to get some input on how to fix the problems.
DTC's:
P0030 - ho2s heater control circuit bank 1 sensor 1 (History)(Immatre)
P0036 - ho2s heater control circuit bank 1 sensor 2 (History)(Immatre)
P0102 - Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor circuit low frequency (SES)(old)(History)(Current)(immature)
P0135 - ho2s heater performance bank 1 sensor 1(SES)(Pending)(Old)(History)(Current)(immature)
P0141 - ho2s heater performance bank 1 sensor 2(SES)(Pending)(Old)(History)(Current)(immature)
P0335 - CKP Sensor A circuit performance (Immature)
P0443 - EVAP Purge Solenoid valve 1 control ckt (SES)(Pending)(Old)(History)(Current)(immature)
P0068 - MAP/MAF - Throttle position correlation (History)(Immature)
Ok one other thing, when he opens the doors the lights (kinda light hazzards are on) start to flash and dont turn off for about 10 seconds after he shuts the door.

Has the battery been replaced,if not check for leaking. Also it seems that your voltages might be low,
check the battery and altenator voltages should be around 14.5 volts give or take a bit.
Was it a front end collision maybe some wires damaged or grounded somewhere.
Check the emiss fuse isnt blown in the fusebox under the hood.
Reseat(pull out and put back) all fuses and relays in the fuse box while your in there.

Ok, late response but..
I checked some fuses and found the emissions fuse was blown, I replaced.
Found that the MAS harness was showing bare wire on three wires, so I replaced.
Started the car and all the codes were gone. I arrived to pick my computer up from my GF's so I can log and the check engine light came on. Same codes plus a lean code.
The lean code may be from the K&N filter I added to the stock pipe. Basically when looking at the MAS the stock box fell off. It was cracked and broken so it had nothing to hold on to but the fender.
So I got my computer hooked in and cleared the codes. Went for a drive, went WOT, cruzed, decel, and no check engine. He drove to work, no check engine.
I guess we will see what happens.
Oh and the lights still blink when you open the door but no horn, so I did some investigating. It seems he does not have a fuse for the horn, put on in, and it blew right away. Front end collision and it may not be there anymore so it could be grounding out.
His Key fob does not work, put a new battery, and re soldered.... Nothing. How do you do a relearn for the fob? I believe it is the security that is making the light blink, so I want to turn it off.

try pulling the radio fuse out and putting it back in. the keyless is on the same fuse and that will reset it if it's locked up for some reason (or you can just unhook the battery..lol)
otherwise a relearn can only be done by a tech2 tool

I can't remember the location.. i've had my car completely gutted before.. but i can't recall where that module is..
The BCM and Airbag Control Module are under the center console... I'm pretty sure that the keyless unit is in the top of the dash

Remote Control Door Lock Receiver (RCDLR) (AUO)
Under the right I/P trim panel above the passenger inflator module
In short on the right side of the dash on the top by the glass ,under the trim piece.
