Hello, if anyone can give me some info on what may have caused this, or what it is, it would be greatly appreciated.



Tonight randomly I got in my car and when I went into drive the car clunked and jerked hard as if I had a B&M Shiftplus installed on my car (which I do not).

It only does it into Drive, not reverse. It also does it 100% every time. Also when driving it shifts hard like shiftplus.

When I got home I opened the hood and could hear a slight humming/vibrating sound coming from header/tranny area (somewhere down in there)

I was wondering what in the heck could have caused this to start happening, and what things I should check.


I dont have any mods on my car, just a stereo system, and I removed the Resonator.



Also I should note that when in park or neutral, when i lightly press the gas, the car hesitates and the lights dim real quick and the motor quiets down like its going to stall, then it revs up.

Hmm, I went out again last night around midnight, and started it up to look into it more, and it wasnt doing it.... it went into drive with a very slight click like it usually does....

I guess the problem is one of those come and go issues... I'm sure it will happen again... maybe when I drive it some more next week I'll find out when it starts to happen and at what stages.
