Rear brakes squeal and squeak when driving.
Hi, okay so...
1. Rear brakes squeal and squeak while driving (even when the brakes aren't applied).
2. Sounds like nails on a chalkboard, but sometimes it's not so loud.
3. It's been raining alot here in IL for the past 2 weeks could this be why?

Both sides ? if so is there anything under the ebrake handle that wont let it down all the way ?
Something could of fell in underneath it.
Otherwise your pads are worn and need to be replaced or the calipers are sticking a little and not opening up far enough.
