Replaced gasket and dipstick still pops out!
So I was positive that the new and updated intake manifold gasket from crateenginedepot would fix the dipstick popping out at WOT. Well it didn't oil is everywhere in the engine bay. So now I am clueless as to what do to from here any suggestions as to the problem?

no smoke at all really. I just searched a little bit seems it could be the rings but a temporary fix for this would be putting a breather on the valve cover and eliminating the hose that runs to the intake to help vent some pressure made by the 2.7 pulley. I might try this to see if this works no time for an engine tear down

A plugged PCV valve won't allow pressure to escape from your crankcase. It's gotta go somewhere and the dipstick just turns out to be the weak link and it pops out to release pressure. It could be rings causing blow-by as well. Try installing a catch can maybe?

I don't think we have a pcv valve, it's just a hose from the vc to the intake. no valve. I have just a filter...which is actually dumb cause you want the intake vacuum to suck out the bad stuff. I have a lot of dumb **** on my car lol.

EDIT: Try checking your hose and fittings running from your VC to your intake. Maybe there's a bunch of goop built up in one of the nipples?

What are your mods? Because once I got the tvs I installed it and after I was tuned my dip stick was poping out after a wot run so I was like wtf I ordered a breather cap and that stoped my dip stick from poping out. The compression is fine on my car so we found out that I had way too much back pressure because my exhaust was too small. Maybe you are having the same problems I had. All I did to get make it stop till I got a bigger exhaust is removed about 2* of timing.

i have the same issue with my car....replaced gasket, fixed it for a bit then dropped pulley sizes and it started right away again. Im running a tvs now and i cant seem to have any other issues, im going to replace the gasket again just encase gm replaced it with the exact same one when i install dual pass but other than that the car has been going for 1 year now, 30k no issues with power.

couldve over filled with oil, could have blow by, could be a worn o-ring on the dipstick. run the car with the filler cap open and if you see any smoke it's blow by. take apart your pcv line and blow through it to see if the line is clear.
