rough start?
ok so last night i went to start my car up to move i out of the way. when i started it sounds really rough like grinding almost. kinda hard to describe the sound. it was kinda like when you try to turn the key whenever ur car is already on but less grinding lol. i know this makes like no sense but this is the second time it has happened in like the past 5 months.
it kinda sounded like, whenever ur car sits all the oil sits at the bottom in the oil pan than the oil pump pumps it back up into the engine. i heard the sound at initial startup and than after like 2-3 seconds of the sound the car sounded normal. and than i turned the car off and turned it back on and it was fine. i did change my oil about a week ago. but i checked the oil and my oil levels were perfectly fine. i mean i dont experience any other problems other than that noise. and like io said i've only heard it a couple times and only at startup whenever my car has been sitting

Probably the timing chain you hear because the tensioner is sticking,I have the same intermitten problem and when ever I get to the dealer it isnt doing it.
Going to change it out shortly myself if I cant get the dealer to do it.
