Seat warrenty?!?
So i've had my car for 5 months 8500k miles. My driver seat to fraying (sp?) really bad on the the back left of where ur bum goes on the seat. It's just from getting in and out. I don't wear anything that could cause that. Would it be covered??

i don't believe so. that is concerned "wear and tear". but i have replaced seat covers and foams before because a fat guy caused the seat to bellow out on the sides and the metal frame wore a hole through the cover. and that was covered.
i would wait till it rips and bring it to the dealer.

It should be covered - dealers don't usually cover wear and tear, but keep in mind every part GM sells has a 1 year / 12k warranty against defects. No non-defective seat should show that much wear in such a short time.

I have the cloth seats on my 2006- the drivers seat cushion came up first (for use as a flotation device) and the side has worn through to the bare metal - (yum.. crumbly stuffing) seat cover just wore through too. $$Cheap$$

You had the opposite experience. I had the dealer tell me it would take 4 days to do foglights because they only carried one in stock. they wanted $110 for them too. I respectfully declined.
