no i alreayd have free oil changes for the life of the car. see he tried to tell my dad that the STOCK axles were more than strong enuff to hold aftermarket power with a racing clutch and i had been abuseing the car for a good while to blow a cv joint ( they discovered it was a cv joint 5 days after i took it to them) and 600 bucks for 1 left axle and labor is the cost i could get a pair of stage 2s almost for that. we atleast want to tell the high people how the dealer is treating people down here

i wouldnt say get the guy fired because he may havve a family. and if he does have a family he shouldnt be treating clients like that but its still messed up to get him fired. i would file a complaint but he probably wont get fired since he will tell GM a different tale. try another dealer for the work, they may work with you better.

thats complete bs, any chevrolet dealer can work on any chevrolet car. i can see an issue if you took it to a pontiac/gmc dealer. take it were you want, your not locked to one dealer.

id get the guys ass fired. if it was a sex hotline, have him tell gm that it was on speaker phone and your little sister heard it and is now traumetized. id also talk to the dealership manager, that is completly inapropraite behavior and no way to treat a customer.
