She's taking on water

so i go out to my car this morning, it has been raining mind you, and open the door, and what do ya know there is a puddle of water in my floorboard. completely soaking wet. also, at the top of the A pillar it is soaking wet. i cant see to find where this leak is coming from. ( no i didnt leave my window open). any ideas on what this might be? the water seems to be dripping / running down the A pillar all the way down to the dash and then to the floor.

mine did that too before. When GM did a recall notice on the cars without the side curtain air bags the tubes that pass water from the roof / sunroof got pinched and caused all sorts of water.

whoa whoa.. there was a recall on this? so that means it would get fixed without me paying anything even though its out of warranty? that would be amazing. thanks for the input fellas!

Its one of the drain tubes from the sunroof. They dry up and come loose off the nipple from the sunroof. It happens quite often and is a big issue on the Acadia's.

I recently have been experiencing the same problem. It's starting to **** me off because it's happening every time it rains now. Now it's also doing it to both sides of the car. It's not a ridiculous amount of water, but enough to **** me off. I'm trying to figure out where it is coming from as well, so if i figure it out, i will let you know.

the first thing the dealer is going to do is take an air hose and blow out the drain channels, if anything comes out they'll just say ok, fixed....might as well try it yourself and see if that's in fact what it is.
