Some type of leak o somethin

When I first got it about 2 years ago sounded pretty bad.. gasket was torn to crap.. replaced it.. good for day or two.. then leaky noise came back.. added new headers and catted dp and of course gaskets... good for day or two.. stupid noise came back.. and getting that p0101 code.. any ideas where my issue lies....? adding some video below not sure if its clear enough to hear but worth a shot..

I found the source of the leak.. it is an actual leak between the header and dp.. see pic below.. for some reason the gasket is perfectly fine all around except for the lower area of this connection where its all crapped out.. pic might not look great but at least I know where it is.. i was advised to find graphite gaskets and double em on there to avoid this leak in the future.. gonna see where i can find them or ill have to go with regular gasket and see how long before i blow it again..
