spark plugs

so im kind of messing around with my plugs. i went to a stage 2. 60lb 2.8, step colder NGK plugs. so they have been in there for not even a week. and 3 look good. but the 2nd on from the left is so black. i was seeing if anyone new why i would explain it to me...the reson why im messing with the plugs is because it feels like it's going to die when i go in 1st. like i have to let it rev up and then let the clutch out. the plugs go from left being by the belt.
