Gm squeaky fan

I have a sqeaky fan too. I've worked for a car rental company for 2 years and drove a lot of american cars. Almost all of the Gm cars had a squeaky fan. As I studied electronics, I'm pretty shure the problem comes from the bad lubrication of the motor. It more than likely runs on bushings or the brushes squeaks... I'm going to find out if only I can find how to get to the motor... Anyone know how ?

The glovebox has to flip down. Then you get some extra room to work with.
