ss/sc runs and sound like crap, possible intercooler pump failure? NEED HELP!!!

ss/sc runs and sound like crap, possible intercooler pump failure? NEED HELP!!!
AHHHHHH my ****** car sounds and runs like crap now, after i left i ran a integra and while i was going from gears 1 to 2 or 2 to 3 somethign happened that now it feel like it has no power and the exhaust sounds like its ratteling apart. I ran it over back to denny's and made it there while matt was still there and he hooked up his hp tunners to it and said i was running way to hot in my intake, so he thinks my intercooler pump isnt working now. I beleve the numbers it brang up was that the intake temp was 172, and mat said the number should never come past 150 and just sittign int eh parking lot Ill test the pump in the morning, i am gonna take off my intake and put the stocker back on so i can take the car over to the dealership mon or tue.
after i ran the integra, i pulled over and the car had a burning smell to it, i figured it was the clutch, uh i didnt smell it the rest of the way to denny's and the drive home. so i dunno, but the exhaust i think i knocked a heat shield loose, i have no idea but i didnt mess with the exhaust at all yet but it rattles and sound like ****, and i just did a oil change and checked the fluids all before i came down and everything was A ok.

all i have is a intake, and the engine light isnt comming on at all, and there is no codes being thrown so i have noooo idea what the crap is going on

mat said the intercooler fluid in the plastic neck should be jumping around and its not, and its way to hot so i am betting i blew my ntercooler pump somehow, so i am gonna jump it in like 15 min to see if the pump kicks on to see if its that. I am gonna be working on it for a while so my plans for the day are shot, ah well

lol, well i jumped the pump on the fuse box and it clicked and mad a humming sound, so i guess the pump is working, thats good news, now to figure out why the exhaust sounds like its ratteling every time i give it gas and its comming from under the door, soooooo thats the whole down pipe, cat and everything else so this isnt gonna be to much fun.
new update, my brother in law came over and we have been tryign to pinpoint whats wrong, well there is more wrong, at low rpm's i am shooting out black smoke, after keeping the rpm's at 3k my in law was listenign to the exhaust and the temp was at 216 degrees and i asked him do you hear the fans? he said no, them bitches are not turning on either. And to top the list, i checked the pump and it worked this morning and i went to show my inlaw what i did and now the pump dont click on at all
oh yeah, it still rattles and sound like ****

well i finally finnished workign on my car, it took me 3 and a half hours just to take of my intake and put the new one on lol. It would help if things went back on as easy as they do when they come off, that and a second set of hands. And on top if that i was missing 3 nuts that took me a hour to find and they just so happened to be in the trunk of my car in my roadside emergency kit lol ah well its back to stock, i will be driving it over to lawrence chevy tomarrow i guess in the morning. I would take it to sutliff but they were sticklers and ******** to my friend when he took his 04 cavy in with a blown headgasket and warped head. So i dunno wish me luck

well my car is A ok now, the dealer replaced the cat which the tech said i blew apart possibly from alot of back pressure sooo im happy, and he ched out my after cooler pum and he said that was good soooo i guess im alright

well i got it back adn for some reason they changed my oil, i didnt ask for it to be changed seeing how i just did it saturday. They want me to pay 77 i told them i didnt ask for a oil change i asked for the lubercants to be check in accordence with my cooling system soooooo i have to talk to the service manager, and on my paper no where did it say they checked the aftercooler pump for the heat exchanger and its making a odd smell but i dunno if that has to do with the new cat or not
