I'm running a 3.0 pulley on my l61, and have a stage 2 belt on currently. It was so damned hard to get on, even with a pulley boys tensioner tool I could still barely get it on and it takes me over half an hour every time. I read somewhere that the crank pulley on the l61 is slightly bigger which would make it harder to get the belt on, but is this really true? I have a stock belt as well and I don't know which one to put on today when I'm doing some work on my engine. Thanks

Bump, I have this issue as well. A new stock LSJ belt wont fit on mine no matter how much I compress the tensioner and I have a 3.1 pulley.

Hopefully someone can chime in here...
