Until I see proof, Im putting trust in the synthetic oil and driving it.
I know many people (mostlly girls), about 2 seconds after starting up, they take off like there is no tomorrow. I have never seen them have any major failures with their motors.

+1

I also take off 2 seconds after starting but I'm very easy on the gas until the whole car warms up. The jerking problem gets worse in colder weather so let the clutch out slow and go easy on the gas

My Throttle body is spotless and if i don't let the car warm up to 110- 120F before driving it does the same thing. My car doesn't move unless it hit's 110F water temp or higher.

This closed loop was programmed for a stock car and with your mods it probably is a issue when its cold out.
actually this jerking is caused by lean conditions, not rich. there seems to be alot of lean tip in when it is cold, and the afr will jump to about 16 or 17 when you hit the gas. warming the car up to about 100* will get rid of this mostly. It is a flaw in most of the tunes, however its difficult if not damn near impossible to change.

excessive. 100* then go (but don't beat on it)
