Sorry for bringing this back from the dead but did you ever solve your vibration problem?

Have you checked your axle shafts? I believe that is my problem so im going to try to swap them out and see if it goes away.

okay well I went to my mechanic and I'm convinced im could not be my brake rotors as i recently replaced my worn oem brakes with r1 rotors... So i spent 1000 dollars fixing worn bars and links which made my steering study for about 2 weeks... Then it came back with a vengeance! it got so bad that I begin to worry if the vibrations would cause other problems in the car. I went immediately to the dealership and purchase the OEM rotors and had them installed with new ceramic pads. it has been about 3 months and my steering is 99.9 percent free of wobble.

it was hard for me to accept the fact that the r1 rotors I had purchased just months prior where are the actual cause of the wobble.

at least this may be a free lesson (which i paid dearly for) that I can pass on to you guys.
