To whats wrong with the car,you would know what it cost for the dealer to replace parts that dont fix a problem ,happened to me to many times in the past and most are not educated on the workings of the SC cars.
I can look up stuff just as well as any Mechanic.

ok tried that last night (EPS FUSE) and still getting the vibration nothing has changed, have i mention that it vibrates at low speeds wors then as i speed up the vibration gets tighter (faster) at low speeds its worst while turning (when i say low speeds its parkinglot speed) 5-15km/h

im just thinking its a control arm busing maybe? they keep saying everything is tight... an unballanced wheel would only notice at higher speeds. ive had unbalanced wheels before and that is not the same vibration.

Nah, I was just wondering because you seem to post a solution in almost every thread.
Im a licensed gm tech, and i can tell you it takes years of experience to properly diagnose things.
I hate when people have an engine light on and just start throwing parts at it. Its so juvenile.
If anybody knows GM cars, its the GM dealer Techs, NOT to be confused with general mechanics working at a gm dealer - maybe thats why you had such a bad experience. We know those cars inside and out, its nothing special.

Im out of Ideas on this one now.
Oh one more idea.
check under the hood along the fire wall for the aircon lines being clear of the fire wall.
the vibration you feel might be a transferance from something else.
aircon lines touching the fire wall, heat shield hitting on something or down pipe touching the steering rack or anything else(had that one on a old vw I had)take a good look at anything that looks like it might transfer vibration into the cabin.
Had my fender touch where it meets the A-pillar and took me a week to trace it down by jamming a piece of cardboard between things till I found it.(the vibration sounded like it came from the glove box)
The Root problem was a patch slid down that was to hold the fender off the A-pillar.

i will check that, my only other option is to insist that the dealer dosent give it back to me until the problem is solved, but they have been going back and forth for 2 months now, and i am very tired.

Sometimes that's the only way, just don't take the car back with issues.

The vibration is all the time, not just while braking or on the gas, correct?

They changed both axles? I've seen a couple of these cars have an inner CV joint failure that causes vibration under accel.

I put axles in a Honda once and ended up with a horrible vibration on accel and it turns out one of them was machined too small where it went into the bearing at the diff. I'd look there. You won't be able to tell without measuring with a digital caliper. I had the luxury of being able to order a couple more to the shop so I could compare the measurements. Rotors shouldn't give you a problem unless you're braking but stranger things have happened. If your caliper pins are sticking you def should get them cleaned a lubes up. Don't need to take any chances with your brakes.

i already changed my tires two brand new one in the front then i rotated the tires. so the wheels and tires already have been ruled out.

something funny happened, my back springs where upside down so i flipped them and for like 30 mins the vibration almost dissapeared completely and the it came back. i noticed that the two rubber where the main shaft is pivoting on seemed cracked can that be why im vibrating in the front? im out of ideas the only things not changed is the motor mount, trans mount, and those rubbers in the back. and also the drivers side axle
