Studs

Well took off the summer rims and out on my old stockers. well when i popped the center cap off two lug nuts fell out on the driver side and one on the passenger side crazy right. does my rims have anything to do with this.

I'm confused. Are you talking about the actual lug nuts or the "bolts" that are on the wheel covers?

Sounds like there was some movement or hell too tight.

Properly torqued?

Get that fixed ASAP. Having two good studs on one rim is VERY VERY dangerous.

from what I can tell... you went to take one of your rims off and when you popped the cap, you found two broken studs?

Sounds like they were waaaay too tight to me.
