Question Sucked in water? Idle issue, lean. so confused

Hey guys I have a 07 SS S/C , and am in va and it's been raining for like the past 2-3 days. I had to go on a 2 hour drive during some heavy down pour. Once I finished my buisness and tried to leave my idle got crazy 500-2000 rpm, my afr gauge indicated it running lean then the motor acts like its about to die then it would dump fuel just to keep the motor alive. It did this for about 20-30 seconds then cleared up. I drove 2 hours home no problem. Got home turned it off about 20 min later I tried to leave and same thing but this time for about a minute. Then cleared up (cel came on), I grabbed my cheap scanner and read and cleared them. It read something along .mass air flow performance. Oxygen sensor switching insignificant, p1101(unknown) and misfire. Drove around the next morning AGAIN! This time for about 5 minutes then cleared up got CEL it read p0300-engine misfire, p1101-unknown, p0101 mass air flow performance, p0171 fuel trim system lean bank 1. Then last last night same f@*king thing but it never cleared up and stays in its crazy idle; super lean about to die, dump fuel rpms spike then lean dump fuel rpm spike, lean again dumps fuel over and over..... Only check code getting thrown out is the p0300 misfire and p0171 lean. I'm scared to run it any longer. I've cleaned the MAF, replaced upstream O2. I'm baffled as hell. Please help this is/was my daily driver I'm stumped... I have CAI (hydroshield came with),badmab headers, zzp mid pipe and a buddy did a minor tune. Possible it sucked up water and it's working its way threw? Limp mode? Bad MAF? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.!

thanks for the input. I'm thinking of trying to fabricate a box around the filter trying to prevent contact with water. aqua, no bueno lol. I'll try to post pics if I ever get anything I think is worthwhile. anyone have a ram air composed to the air intake through the fender?

This is what I have been thinking of doing as well. Also was going to say take off and dry your filter and clean and dry the maf sensor. This happens to me all the time it rains.

Yes they only make a cold air intake for lsj in the states. I wish they made a short ram.

This is why you should run the stock intake with the stock blower.
