Sunroof Stuck and other Heat Related Issues
I'm not sure if anyone has noticed this or not, but apparently the seals on the sunroof melt nad bond to each other when the car gets very hot, and will not let the sunroof open. The motor on the sunroof im guessing is too small to handle forcing the sunroof to move. I noticed once i hopped in and started going with the A/C on, the sunroof unsealed itself and opened (when i tried opening it again, that is) Anyone else had any issues witht this or other heat related issues?

My "window", what ever that sliding panel is called has become kinda glued in the open position on my sunroof as the sealant or something atleast VERY adhesive has melted and bonded to it. I can only close the panel on my sunroof when it's hot engh to remelt it. The moonroof itself tho is just fine.
EDIT: btw, I know exactly what it is, just not a name as there is black gooey **** on the back 1/4 of the panel when I do get it closed. Doesn't bother me as I never close it much anyway.

i've had a similar problem with my sunroof, i actually had to "assist" the sunroof motor by pushing back on the glass as i opened the roof. it seemed to only be a problem with opening it though, closing the window was fine.
