Supercharged 2.2 WOT Issue

So...I supercharged my 08 2.2 and it runs fine other than a slightly rough idle and at wot I have major power loss. The car bucks and stutters at exactly 3500 rpm. I assumed spark blowout so I gapped plugs to 0.030 and the issue persists. I can't find any vacuum leaks either. The car will pull at 3/4 throttle fine it is only WOT. Any ideas?

Zzp tune. There's your problem. And what pulley are you running to have a .030 gap?

Maf is clean. It's a 3.1 pulley and I had initially gapped the plugs to .035 but decreased it because I thought it was blowout. I have been emailing back and forth with zzp and we cannot figure out what it is. Even if it's a not so great tune it shouldn't cause this

See if anyone in your area has hptuners. If you could get a decent log while replicating the issue, it would be much easier to diagnose.

I don't know anyone with a cobalt let alone hptuner. I replaced all injector seals and took everything off down to the manifold and redid it just to check and it made no difference. At this point it must be in the tune.

Well who's idea was it to supercharge if you have to access to hptuners? Lol Were you going to rely on the zzp tune forever? It's always good to have a tuner either local or at least have access to hp tuners so a tuner can email you a tune or fix it/adjust it when need be. Get your hands on hp tuners and contact James.

I wasn't trying to be rude. And what I meant was try tracking down someone with it already. Never said go buy it.
