We all know better than to buy stuff like that, but I have seen several people actually believe there is 'blinker fluid.'

Those items may be a joke or it may be some fake **** to get people to buy that stuff and when they call back hey this product did not work, etc. You can make literally thousands before people catch on. How many people are in this country?

It is not illegal to sell a false product if you have the correct disclaimers. I mean you list it and someone clicks 'Buy' your covered it was them who clicked buy and paid for it.
