tranny or something noise during acceleration?
i've searched but couldnt find anything exactly like my problem. whenever i shift into first/second/third/fourth, and i press on the gas(after clutch is let off) theres a slight noise, ALMOST like the grinding sound of a clutch but not really, you can only hear it with windows down, and i dont think its grinding because i cant feel it in the shifter or in the clutch pedal like i can in my other cars. its kinda like when a 18 wheeler takes off, you can hear the transmission you know? like that but really quiet. it only does it when i'm at low rpms in the gear, and not when the clutch is in(it does it sometimes if i do it right with the clutch barely in, but mostly when i'm off the clutch)

mine has 45000kms on it, it has been making that noise since I can remember, I took it to the dealer once to have it checked out and they could not duplicate the problem, it doesn/t affect performance the clutch still grabs as it should. I can't find any problems. I think it is just part of the ecotec being a really loud engine that makes a lot of wierd noises you don't hear in other motors.
