Trouble codes P0069 P0121 P1101 P0068 after sc rebuild

Hey guys I took my supercharger off did a rebuild of the snout then put the sc back on & immediately upon starting the car my cel came on & it gave me these trouble codes
P0069
P0121
P1101
P0068
Plus reduced engine power when I attempt to drive it. I also have a internment idling issue now. The car was perfect prior to the rebuild. Could I have a pinched wire or maybe a bad seal from my supercharger gasket ? I did not replace the sc gasket I reused my old one since it's only about a year old. Again car was perfect prior to removing my sc & rebuilding it so this was caused by either the rebuild itself or the install of the sc back on. So far the advice that I've been given is either a bad seal where the sc & sc gasket comes together over the intake manifold or a pinched wire or pinched boost vacuum line. I do know that these 05 Cobalts don't allow for much room where the sc sits. The boost vacuum line that goes under the fuel rail cover & into the intake manifold is right there so it could be pinched under the sc or I also noticed that the wires that feed into the fuel injectors are right there so I'm wondering if they could be pinned under the sc as well. Could any of these things be causing all of these issues ?
