Two Axles, two weeks, new trans

Well, three days after I got my trans in(ordered by VIN #), the driver's side axle(stock) seperated at the boot on the transmission end. This happened on light acceleration, just getting into second gear. I figured it was just that axle's time and thought nothing of it.
Rod happened to have one in house. I finished installing that and after maybe 100kms of granny driving before that the driver's side axle separated in the same place.

Now I've been extremely easy on the car and NO ONE should be able to go through two axles like that on stock power. So I'm left with the guess that something's wrong with my new trans, it came through a GM dealer, but I self-installed, so I'd assume I'm completely and utterly fucked on warranty. Any ideas as to where to start looking?

It sounds like there is an alignment issue.

I do have one more stock shaft sitting here.

You can come check out the service manual to see if this problem is listed in there.

Yeah, nothing really moved during the reinstall of the trans, but I told my "mechanic" I want a torque wrench to redo EVERYTHING under the car and then I'll get an alignment done. Don't want to get stage 2s if I'm going to bust those apart for the same reason
Today's a half-a-payday for me, so maybe we can figure something out. I'll keep on the Googles until my ride gets home.

I torqued the sub-frame and such, I was stuck with one starting at 65ft lbs though, so I had to rough it for the lighter things. On second thought that's what I was forgetting when I walked out of Lordco with a bottle of cut-polish, I suppose a torque wrench was kinda more important.
