I have a built engine with 800 miles on it, started to notice some noise under the hood at about 4000 rpm. Its normal sounding at idle up to the 3900 rpm but starts to sound like the chain is slapping or some noise above 4000. I have a brand new tensioner that solved my noise problems a month ago. Wondering if anyone has heard this before?

at 8 seconds and 14 seconds you can hear what sounds like a ratcheting noise.

Timing chain guide maybe?
Weak valvespring/lifter?
I'm not sure.

the guide is what i think it is too, I did not post it twice, when i posted the video link from youtube it does that all on its own.

fixed, it was a sheared bolt on the chain guide. 1 dollar grade 10.9 bolt later (upgrade from stock grade) car is back together and awesome again!
