Vibration Idea - Confirm my theory

Hey guys, so had bad vibrations. cut the drums, replaced the warped rotors. most of it went away, now there is a little between 45-65 or so...

I am thinking wheels out of balance... they were mounted last summer.... anyone wanna confirm my suspicions?

Buehler?

Yeah defintely sounds like a wheel is out of balance when it gets the vibration right around 60. I have this problem right now myself, but the next thing i would suspect is a shifted belt on one of the tires, especially if they are older tires with a lot of wear, I've had that happen in the past where i thought it was the wheels needed balancing.
