Volume down switch on steering wheel wont work

Like the title says, 2006 Cobalt SS and the volume down switch on the steering wheel wont work but the volume up works. Has anybody had this problem and found out what it was and is this a fix I could just do myself (dont really want to take to dealer for this little problem) or do I have to take it to a dealer. Thanks
-Nate

I had my Source button and my Search ahead buttons not working.
Dealership swaped them out under warranty no problem. About the
only thing they did fine.
Works fine now.

Just switches wear out.
