Problems/Service/Maintenance Do you have problems with your new 2.0, 2.2, or 2.4L? What kind of service did you have done?

Water damage!Please Help!

I would have honestly done the same if my car was under water. I slid my grand am into a ditch in michigan coming home from work 2 years ago. The car was slanted so the pass side nose of the car was in the water up to the door. Had water damage in the motor and trans, i gutted the interior and flushed the motor. After all that work come to find out the trans was shot...1700 for a rebuild but i havent had 1 problem with the car since. It was to0 nice of a car to let go, so i saved it. Its my Daily driver as of today and its just like it was before.

I wouldnt risk it. One day a year from now you'll be on the highway and bam...car dies. Hopefully the will right it off.

thats an amazing deal to just dry it out and use it as a daily driver
