Question Water under headlight SOS

under the clear covering of the headlight is a bunch of water buildup that is literally there year around... its there when it is dry out, sunny, snowy, always.

how would i go about removing the clear part of the headlight so that i can swab the inside and remove that water once and for all?

Try taking a hair dryer and blowing air in through the back where the bulb goes. It should get rid of the condensation.

Yes, but its source needs to be investigated. Pull it apart, reseal it, toss a small packet of Silica Gel in its back corner and you will be all set.

There's nothing risky about taking your light apart to do it properly?

But if your that scared take your headlight off, bring it inside and get a blow dryer ready, take all the bulbs out and go to town blowing the blow dryer threw the holes, might take a while and you wil probably have water spots on the inside when your done.

And once your done grab some rubbing alcohol and clean around the edge of the lens dry completely and then seal with silicone, let dry over night then reinstall
