What to do?

Wasn't sure where to put this but anyways ok so the other day I got a letter from nitto saying that it is recalling a bunch of nitto nt555 wich is what I have but only sertan 1s are recalled so what do i do? Do I go where I bought them and show them the letter andmy receipt? Bc the letter says free replacement

call up and they will probably ask for a serial number or w.e that is imprinted on the sidewall... they should give you VERY SPECIFIC instructions on how to determine.

I checked already the letter says what to look for its the dot number and if it says made in usa mine has both the same same dot number on the paper and they say made in usa

i would call or go the dealer u got them from and confirm. then set up a time to have them replaced in a few days then do some heavy burn outs to get some use out of them first. "burn outs not reqired" lol

Actually I am going to do some burn outs im going to baytown track so imma get a few passes out of them friday night and go get them replace saturday morning

usually recalls are for safety problems with the tires or material defects. Running them on the track with knowledge of problems with the tires seems like you are asking for problems.

I've already burned them out/drags race um before I got the letter with no problem.. I got them like 3-5 months ago if it was something really serious it wouldn't of took them that long I think it was even more tham 5 months ago...
