Wheel problem
My wife has a 2.2L sedan 2006. She recently took it to the dealership to have the look at a problem she was having with her wheel and steering wheel. The Steering wheel was vibrating like crazy after 50. They told her the rim was bent. She has not done anything but hit a curb avoiding an accident. She hit it very slow, like 5-10 mph. After they told her they would have to relpace two wheels and tires she left. The vibration went away once she left. It has been two months since then, and today it started again. The back left tire is now visible wobbles. What would cause this? Could this be caused by a bent rim? Is the dealership screwing me again?

Ok, well seeing as there was an accident, yes the rim could be bent even slightly and will cause vibration even if it was hit at such a small speed it is possible. If the wheel is wobbling then its either a majorly bent rim or your lug nuts are very loose. But i guess my question is, did they replace anything when you went in the first time? bent rims typically would not be covered under warranty. If it was bent before after she left then it would not just simply go away unless they put it in the rear, where you will not feel as much. But we need some better info before and after the 2 months.

Ok then the problem is a bent rim. The bent one was front left and they moved it to back right. I checked the lug nuts and they were tight. I was just worried about it being something major. For the bent rim, do you really need to order 2 more wheels?

unless there is something wrong with the other wheel it shouldnt need replacing. My bet is, its bent too if they want to replace it.

Be sure its not the belts in the tire that shifted.
If it started wobbling awhile after the curb hit I would say tire
Could be both:if she it the curb straight on I would say just the rubber but if the wheel was turned on impact most likely the rim and control arm.
