very nice. Good to see one working immaculantly. My buddies 05 SS/SC still runs strong with little to no problems over its life. My previous 06 had more problems than an EMO kid on ritalin. Talk about getting the **** at the end of the stick....

9000kms, only problem I've had was that my sunroof was not properly aligned when I got the car. Took to dealer, fixed. No problems since *knock on wood*.

What are "all those problems" that you've heard?

Why did you randomly capitalize the first letter of each word?

I had the rotors done for the recall (I didn't notice a vibration/problem) and the ECM replaced for an intermittent long crank. Nothing that I would call major problems. 9000k miles

The wheels weren't balanced from the factory.

Nothing other than that.

Nothing is breaking.

I smell

My point exactly.

Someone keeps braking shift linkage because they don't know how to drive, and some people cry about brake/shifting noise because they think their cars shouldn't make noise when things move.

Just because you had a lemon doesn't mean others have one. I haven't seen anything major.

Biggest problem?

The only issue I have seen across the board that is a SMALL problem is that some LNFs have had random misfires, that's about it.

You'll have that happen if you miss a shift and try to NLS

Theres already been a transmission destroyed at the track. Also it seems like everyone is bitching about something in comparison to the few amount of people that own the car on this site.

I want to see if GM actually fixed the problems that were inherent in the SS/SC.

^This is the worst Ive seen soo far.

I hate "omg the car is flawed because I broke it" posts. You took it to a track - **** breaks. Cars are not built to be bullet proof against every fool who thinks it's a drag racing machine.
Second post in your little link.

Someone beat it, and it broke.

What a piece of ****...I think I am going to drain the oil out of mine and drive it around...I HAZ A WARATEE THO!

Please stop trolling. Seriously...it's old, and you are more than inclined to have your opinions, but you start threads knowing they are going to start ****.

Ooooh, you're cool man. I wish I could be cool.

Bottom line, if you are hard on things all the time, they break.

Ferrari or Daewoo.

When people take their cars to the track, they can break. A few isolated breakages will happen when you have as many Cobalts as there is on the road and with people racing them.

I on the other hand, I have had good luck with my SS/SC. Countless 1/4 mile passes, city driving and a nice long road-trip to Wyoming with no problems, knock on wood. No warranty either anymore.
