If that is the case you should be contacting them, not your customers. They come to you with a problem with YOUR product, you should be the one to take the extra steps and make sure the problem gets solved. You have a good reputation on this forum, I even have a product from you which thankfully I have never had a problem with. Don't ruin your reputation over something little. Only takes one bad apple to ruin the bushel...

i wish i could say the same. i dont like hatin' on them cause i still order through them. their header and the CTI are probably the best on the market right now for our cars, only cause they just went stainless. you wont go wrong with the ZZP header, but when something is guaranteed for life.... see what im saying

I think more importantly did you pay to get it coated and they didn't do it. If so get that difference back. Otherwise it's just some rust, live with it until the part fails and get a stainless steel piece.
If it wasn't coated you should of returned it new to get it coated if thats what you wanted. Installing it and being unhappy about it later is your fault.
I have had small issues with ZZP in the past and they have always worked with me to get it right for both of us.

I believe the coloring is because he had a leak at the header->d/p flange not because the coating was bunk.
That's my 2 cents. I've got stainless and it doesn't stay shiny and beautiful because there's constantly water, dirt, etc. staining it, but you can clean it to make it beautiful again. But it doesn't turn "Sienna red" either!
That combo is going to rust...it may take a while but it will.

You want a good vendor who makes a better product, backs their service and products, and is great to work with...
go with Clear Image...DEF the vendor of choice for me...and after their recent group buy...def more people as well
