Ported Cylinder heads!

Hey guys just like Let everyone we're working on putting together s Ported CNC cylinder head package for the 2.0l LSJ.

We'll have a few different versions of the head from various aftermarket options such as upgrades valves and oversized valves beefier springs aswell.
These heads will come to you in a complete bolt on state unless otherwise specified.
We're about 2-3 weeks away from recieving our first samples CNC heads.

We'll post up some great pictures for everyone to see aswell as Flow numbers.
With all of our products dyno numbers to back things up.

At this point we need to build an inventory of cores to keep wait times down on these. So if you have a head in good shape shoot us a pm on the price for your head.

Should have some preliminary Pricing up in a few days.
We're trying to keep this Cost effective.

Can't devulge that info. But I will say they Do some SERIOUS Stuff, they've done work for may of the top domestic and import crowd along with the V8 boys.
They know what they are doing.

I don't know what the heads are really worth these days. We're going to have to call around to souce bare heads.
All of the heads are going to be based on a core return policy. We provide you with a Ported version then send back your stocker.

aaah... ok from one of the last shops I was dealing with, really can't port them too much, they used my head for cad renderings to make a full CNC head (whole new casting) , I was hoping that was the shop you were dealing with.

At this point I don't think there is a need or demand to make a new casting. the 2.2l eco Head has made over 1400hp on a stock ported head with o rings.

The Beauty of a CNC port is its the same every damn time and the same to every darn port. Not some some backyard head porter sand rolling your head and saying he ported your head. There is no way he can even come close to how accurate the cnc head is.

sounds good to me... that's what my plan was, minus the 1400hp though.. and the 2.2 head needed significant reworking to handle that power though, which the 2.0 head has built in already though.

The 2.0L head is a stout Piece and sand cast. Lots of stuctural webing to stiffen the deck surface. Blowing head gaskets will be very hard to do on this motor with simple head studs and a cometic or SCE ICS copper Titan gasket.

Subscribing. Now something to combat JBPs stuff. Will you all be making yours on equal par with theirs? Or hell, even better? I'd love to see this. Good luck Rebel. you guys are doing your thing and doing it well!!

Site isn't updated yet too many hours spent in the shop working on Tuning solutions and kits.
I have yet to See ANY flow numbers and or results on a JBP head.
The head work will Be top Notch and race worthy!
The company we are working with has gotten some cars 4 cylindercars into the 6's in the quater mile.
Our head will come fully documented. We support what we sell!!

so what does a mod like this do for you.

What kind of projected/hopeful power gains?

any ballpark guesses on pricing?

it basically allows more air inside the cylinder chamber before combustion and at the same time it allows the exhaust gases to flow out easier....no use in getting a bigger exhaust if your engine can't fill it.

We're hoping for 35-40HP on a GM stage 2 setup.

Price will be based on what you want (type of valves, springs, etc) but we will be very competitive.

Do a good job and don't triple what it's worth like some other vendor out there, and I'll think about it. I'm really interested in hearing flow numbers though. That will get me to buy a head.
